Problem

YouTube creators could already earn via Stay22, but the workflow was fragmented: manual requests for analysis, switching between tools, and limited visibility into which videos were actually generating revenue. The result was low confidence, low repeat usage, and higher support dependency.

Users

Affiliate partners who publish travel content on YouTube and want a fast, repeatable way to add affiliate links to video descriptions and track the resulting revenue.

Approach

  • Mapped the end-to-end partner journey to identify the moments that drive adoption (first quick win, repeat usage, measurable results).
  • Built a service blueprint for scale beyond early access to ensure the UI communicated system status and next steps clearly.
  • Designed a short, observable core loop: analyze → review → publish → measure.

Journey Map

Journey mapping clarified the full lifecycle (discovery → onboarding → engagement → growth) and the moments that matter most: first successful insertion and clear attribution.

Service Blueprint (Scale Beyond Early Access)

A service blueprint made dependencies and failure modes explicit—account connection, processing/review states, and fallback paths—so the UI could be trustworthy about what’s happening and what to do next.

Core Loop (Minimum Friction, High Confidence)

The experience is designed as a short loop partners can repeat: get started → analyze → review → publish → measure.

Empty state designed for activation and confidence.
